A three-dimensional sea scene is created inside the frame: translucent epoxy resin in shades of blue imitates seawater, into which shells, starfish, fish, seahorses and decorative elements are inserted. The upper part of the frame represents a sandy shore, complemented by small cocktail umbrellas that add a playful and relaxed summer character.

Return and Withdrawal Policy
This policy outlines the conditions and procedure for returning goods and exercising the right of withdrawal for purchases made through the SLOMADE platform. It is in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) and reflects the nature of SLOMADE as a digital intermediary platform that connects buyers with selected Slovenian product providers.
1. Right of Withdrawal
The buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days from the date of receiving the goods, without providing any reason. The withdrawal period begins on the day after the buyer or a third party, who is not the carrier, has received the goods.
2. Notification of Withdrawal
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the buyer must send a clear and unambiguous statement to the email address: info@slomade.eu
The withdrawal period is considered met if the notification is sent before the deadline expires. Upon receiving the notice, SLOMADE will notify the relevant provider and guide the buyer through the return process.
3. Effects of Withdrawal (Refund)
In the case of a valid withdrawal, the purchase amount will be refunded to the buyer without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal notice. Initial delivery costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are borne by the buyer. The refund will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
4. Return of Goods
The buyer must return the goods directly to the seller no later than 14 days from the day they sent the notice of withdrawal. The buyer will receive the precise return address from SLOMADE. The buyer covers the costs of return shipping.
5. Diminished Value of Goods
The buyer is responsible for any reduction in the value of the goods resulting from handling that exceeds a normal examination of the product (as one would do in a physical store), especially if the product is used, damaged, or improperly packaged.
6. Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to the following contracts:
– goods made to order or clearly personalized to the buyer’s specifications;
– perishable goods or goods with a short shelf life;
– sealed goods that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken after delivery;
– newspapers, magazines, or periodicals, except for subscription contracts;
– leisure services where the contract specifies a particular date or period of performance (e.g. event tickets, accommodation bookings);
– goods which, after delivery, become inseparably mixed with other items;
– alcoholic beverages for which the price was agreed upon at the time of concluding the sales contract, but delivery can only take place after 30 days, and the actual value depends on market fluctuations beyond the seller’s control.
7. Return Procedure – Steps
Step 1: The buyer sends the notice of withdrawal to info@slomade.eu
Step 2: SLOMADE informs the relevant seller and provides the buyer with further instructions.
Step 3: The buyer returns the product to the seller at the provided address.
8. Defects and Warranty Claims
In the event of defects, non-conformity of goods, or warranty claims, the provisions of the Slovenian Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1) apply. In these cases, the buyer should contact info@slomade.eu to receive further instructions on how to process the claim in cooperation with the seller.
